EZ-Load Disposable Tips for i-Pipette and PP Pipettors

HyperTeknologies offers the exclusive EZ-Load tips in a variety of formats to simplify semi-automated pipettor operation with disposable tips. When used together with an EZ-Load pipettor head, it is not necessary to use any additional tools or fixtures to load or unload tips. The EZ-Load tips simply drop directly into the head and are ready to use in seconds. This patented technology is the only system where the disposable tips do not need to be "pressed on" with excessive downward force in order to create a reliable seal. The upward clamping force onto the EZ-Load head, whether done with an easy manual lever or with a motorized clamp, will provide a simple and consistent seal which is required for the best pipetting results.

EZ-Load Tips - Low Volume

Use these tips for pipettors with 125 ul maximum volume. The EZ-Load tips are easily loaded into the following EZ-Load heads without the need for any tip-loading mechanism.

096-A-01-EZL-SL Use 96 tip racks. Use with 96 channel pipettors for 96 well plates. Swing Lock head.

EZ-Load "Strip Tips"

EZ-Load "Strip Tips" for Serial Dilution for HyperTeknologies Pipettors, LOW VOLUME versions. The EZ-Load Strip Tips are easily loaded into the following EZ-Load heads without the need for any tip-loading mechanism. These tips are compatible with the following heads:

• 096-A-01-EZL-SC for COLUMN serial dilutions. Use 8-strip tips for 96 channel pipettors for 96 well plates.

• 096-A-01-EZL-SR for ROW serial dilutions. Use 12-strip tips for 96 channel pipettors for 96 well plates.

• 384-A-01-EZL-SC for COLUMN serial dilutions. Use 16-strip tips for 384 channel pipettors for 384 well plates.

• 384-A-01-EZL-SR for ROW serial dilutions. Use 24-strip tips for 384 channel pipettors for 384 well plates.

• 384-A-01-EZL-096-SC OFFSET head for COLUMN serial dilutions. Use 8-strip tips for 384 channel pipettors for 96 plates.

• 384-A-01-EZL-096-SR OFFSET head for ROW serial dilutions. Use only 12-strip tips for 384 channel pipettors for 96 plates.

• 384-A-01-EZL-SC-13 for COLUMN serial dilutions, X2. Use TWO 16-strip tips for 384 channel pipettors for 384 well plates, one in the #1 position and one in the #13 position. This allows a replicate serial dilution to be set up across a 384 plate.

EZ-Load Tips - High Volume

EZ-Load Tips for HyperTeknologies Pipettors, HIGH VOLUME versions. Use these tips for pipettors with 500. 550 or 1000 ul maximum volume. The EZ-Load tips are easily loaded into the following EZ-Load heads without the need for any tip-loading mechanism. These tips are compatible with the following heads:

• 096-A-01-EZL-SL-550 EZ-LOAD Swinglock, use with 250 or 550 ul tips.

• 096-A-01-EZL-SL-1000 EZ-LOAD Swinglock, use with 1000 ul tips.

• 096-A-01-EZL-550-024-RF 24 position EZ-LOAD Swinglock for use with the Corning HTS Transwell 24 well system. Use 550 tips loaded manually to the provided Tip Collar.

• 096-A-01 Tip loader mechanism is required for older-style non-EZ-Load heads.

• 550-A-01N Tip loader mechanism is required for older-style non-EZ-Load heads.

• 125-A-05-55-41DN Tip loader mechanism is required for older-style non-EZ-Load heads.

High Volume "Strip Tips"

High Volume "Strip Tips" for Serial Dilution for HyperTeknologies Pipettors. These Strip Tips are easily loaded into the following EZ-Load heads without the need for any tip-loading mechanism. These tips are compatible with the following head series for PP pipettors:

• 096-A-01-EZL-550-SC for COLUMN serial dilutions with i-Pipette or PP. Use with 250 or 550 ul 8-strip tips for 96 channel pipettors for 96 well plates.

• 096-A-01-EZL-550-SR for ROW serial dilutions for PP only. Use with 250 or 550 ul 12-strip tips for 96 channel pipettors for 96 well plates.

• 096-A-01-EZL-1000-SC for COLUMN serial dilutions with i-Pipette or PP. Use with 1000 ul 8-strip tips for 96 channel pipettors for 96 well plates.

• 096-A-01-EZL-1000-SR for ROW serial dilutions for PP only. Use with 1000 ul 12-strip tips for 96 channel pipettors for 96 well plates.

ESP Disposable Pipette Tips

HyperTeknologies uses proprietary technology known as the Externally Sealed Pipette tips. The external multiple flexible seal rings require little insertion/ejection force for loading/unloading of tips. By design, it eliminates the need for expensive options for liquid handlers that need to handle 384 tips such as pressurized tip-loading mechanisms and the use of O-rings.

This innovative approach greatly enhances seal integrity, system reliability and performance and at the same time reduces cost of maintenance.

HyperTeknologies tips are automatically loaded and unloaded on the pipetting head. No manual loader is required providing simpler operation and allowing for extended walkaway automation with disposable tips.

ESP tips are available in 125µl, 50 and 15 µl versions. We also custom design and manufacture pipette tips for your particular application.

ESP Tips for Apricot Designs TPS Series Pipettors. The TPS pipettor will automatically load and unload the correct number of tips required for the programmed operation. These tips are compatible with the following head series for TPS pipettors:

• TPS24-A-01-ESP for TPS-24.Used for 24-channel single-row pipetting or 16-channel single-column pipetting for 384 well plates.

• TPS24-A-01-ESP-12 Offset head for TPS-24. Used for 12-channel single-row pipetting or 8-channel single-column pipetting for 96 well plates.

• TPS384-A-01-ESP for TPS-384. Used for 384-channel pipetting to 384 well plates.

• TPS384-A-01-ESP-SC for TPS-384. Used for 16-channel single column serial dilution pipetting to 384 well plates.

• TPS384-A-01-ESP-SR for TPS-384. Used for 24-channel single row serial dilution pipetting to 384 well plates.

High Volume Disposable Pipette Tips for Pipettors

HyperTeknologies uses disposable traditional-style high volume pipette tips for pipettors. We use 250, 550 and 1000 µl disposable pipette tips made of premium research grade polypropylene. These ultrathin-wall tips offer high performance at a reasonable price.

HyperTeknologies High Volume tips are available in "AL" (Auto Load) packaging SBS microplate footprint standard that uses a high-strength box that is compatible with robotic automation for tip box replacement on TPS pipettors. The "AL" packaging also features a space-saving stacking design.
